WEDNESDAY (MAY 3) ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE

Speakerphones will be available in both of the rooms where committees will be meeting. Individuals interested in participating by speakerphone should contact TBD

1. 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Orientation And Strategic Planning – Hopkins

2. 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Committee Meetings – Session 1

Membership Committee meets for two hours in one room. Awards 11:00 to noon and Publications noon to 1:00 PM in second room.

1. 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Lunch

2. 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Committee Meetings – Session 2

Chapters Committee meets for two hours in one room. The Space Settlement Calendar Committee and the Space Settlement Advocacy Committee meet jointly for two hours in second room.

1. 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Committee meetings – Session 3 Website Taskforce meets in one room. Fundraising in the second room.

2. 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Dinner

3. 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Summary Session

4. 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM Orientation And Strategic Planning -- Barnhard
